The unloading facility at Montreal east consists of:

(6) six rail car unloading stations equipped with safety access  CARBIS tank car telescoping flat ramps 4’ long 24” wide, open serrated metal plank walk surface, handrail, midrail and toe boards, Galvanized steel and Aluminum Construction c/w SAF-T-CAGES 8’x8’-9”x12” Aluminum Construction.(Value $30,000.00 new.)

(2) Two of those unloading stations are equipped for Hexene & Hexane Service; The Unloading Arms are supplied by EMCO-WHEATON, 3”x2” CST/BUNA, LHUF.
 Fabricated to ES-8 Class 1B to ASME B31.3, model E2025-1140176B with spring cylinder # 658218, fitted with 4’ lg. Smart Hoses and check valves each.(Value $26,000.00 new.)
AND
(4) Four of those unloading stations are equipped for PROPANE & BUTANE Service; The Unloading Arms are supplied by EMCO-WHEATON 3”x2” CST/BUNA, LHUF.
 Fabricated to ES-8 Class 1B to ASME B31.3, model E2025-1140176A with spring cylinder # 658219, fitted with (2) two 5’ lg. Smart Hoses and check valves each.(Value $84,000.00 new.)

The unloading rack structure is equipped with one operator shelter completely closed, lit and heated ,the facility is equipped with ESD Valves, explosion proof electric panels and lighting, gas detectors, sound transmission and cameras, completely equipped to meet the relaxed mod unloading code requirements which allows you to unload with distance monitoring.(Value $260,000.00 new, excluding foundation.).
