  Refrigeration Assisted Cryogenic turbo-expander unit
• Capacity:  80 MMscfd with 1280 Btu – 5 GPM Gas, or 100 MMscfd with 1150 Btu Gas
• Estimated Recoveries as is: C2 - 82%, C3 - 92%, C4 - 96%, C5+ - 98.5%

• The plant is located in Bowie TX (except for the demethanizer)

1. All vessels and heat exchangers have been thoroughly inspected, stripped of old insulation, sand-blasted, and primed

• Design:
  Process

1. Current design is very efficient for the type of process due to heat exchanger sizing
2. Pumps are sized for 300 GPM of NGLs with a max. inlet pressure of 275 psi
3. The low pressure side of the process has a high MAWP which allows greater flexibility in operating, and possible
   conversion to a GSP style plant

• With tower modifications (estimated at $550K in Dec. 2008) this can be turned into a GSP plant with maximum
  recoveries near or exceeding 90% and significantly reducing the amount of residue compressor horse-power
• The mole sieve system is designed for 100 MMscfd with 7 lbm H2O/MMscfd with an 8 hr cycle time
• The mole sieve gas regeneration heater is sized for tower duty and mole sieve regeneration
